Do I have to re-register for a new plan after completing my plan but wish to continue? ANSWER: No. We will auto draft your card on file used during the initial registration if you choose to continue.
What If I’m going out of town? Do I lose my prepaid meal credits if I do not place an order? ANSWER: No. You will not lose your prepaid meal credits. We will place your account on hold and any unused credits will still be available upon return.
What if I can’t pick up on Sunday/Thursday? Can I pick it up the following day? ANSWER: Yes. Sunday orders can be picked up on Monday from 10-7pm at our Round Rock or Burnet Rd location.
Thursday orders can be picked up on Friday at our Round Rock location from 10-3pm.
If I am unable to pick up my meals, can someone come pick them up on my behalf? ANSWER: Yes. Just have them give our team member your name and order confirmation email and we will release your meals to them.
How do I pause or freeze my account?

What if I chose to pick up my meals during my initial registration but want to change to delivery when need be?
ANSWER Simply choose delivery when placing your order and we will auto draft the delivery fee from the card on file used during your initial registration
Can I walk in to the store to purchase meals without being on a plan or ordering online? ANSWER Yes we restock our retail locations on Sundays and Thursdays with fresh meals but we sell out FAST so you would want to get there early or make sure to order online to insure you get a good selection of meals.
